NO-SHOWS, LATE ARRIVALS & LEGAL RIGHTS

Failure to attend without notice results in losing the deposit. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead us to shorten or cancel your service; in that case, the deposit will not be refunded. This section does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (list distance sales exemptions). All policies and terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to UK courts.

REFUNDS & RESCHEDULING

Your deposit will be refunded in full if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You will also receive a full refund if you cancel within 1 hour of booking, provided the appointment is still more than 24 hours away. Refunds are processed using the original payment method. You may reschedule once without losing your deposit if done at least 24 hours in advance. Reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited.

DEPOSIT & BOOKING

A 50% deposit is required to secure every booking—processed via Treatwell or Wix Payments. Deposits are non-refundable, except under the situations outlined below.
