These terms form part of the service agreement between Nobleman Barber Ltd and its clients. They do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. All policies are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of UK courts.
LATE ARRIVALS & NO-SHOW POLICY
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may be shortened or cancelled at our discretion to avoid disruption to other scheduled clients. In such cases, the deposit will not be refunded. These terms are in place to protect the time and availability of our staff and other clients, and we thank you for your understanding.
BOOKING TERMS & DEPOSIT POLICY
Effective Date: 12 May 2025
To confirm any appointment with Nobleman Barber Ltd, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is processed securely through Treatwell or Wix and acts as a commitment to your reserved time. Deposits are generally non-refundable. However, you are entitled to a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment or within 1 hour of making the booking, provided the appointment is still more than 24 hours away. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. You may reschedule your appointment once without penalty if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
